What types of natural stone and tiles do you work with?
We work with a wide range of natural stones like marble, limestone, travertine, slate, sandstone, terrazzo, and granite. We also specialise in restoring and maintaining Victorian tiles, whether indoors or outdoors.
How do I book a service or request a quote?
You can contact us via phone, email, or through our website’s contact form. We’ll arrange a convenient to book you in for a tester and provide a free quote.
When can you schedule the work?
Most jobs are booked within 2–3 weeks.
We understand some projects are urgent and will do our best to accommodate sooner.
Weekend appointments are available for an additional fee.
Can you restore outdoor stone surfaces as well as indoor?
Absolutely. We provide expert care for both indoor and outdoor natural stone, tile, and grout surfaces.
How long does the restoration or cleaning process take?
Times vary depending on the size and condition of the area, but most jobs can be completed within a day or two. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe after assessment.
Is sealing necessary after cleaning?
Sealing is highly recommended to protect your stone and grout from stains, wear, and moisture, prolonging the life of the restoration.
How long does sealing last, and how often should it be reapplied?
Sealing typically lasts 1 to 3 years depending on foot traffic and usage. We can provide advice on when to reseal during your service.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit required for jobs lasting up to 3 days.
Payment is due on job completion and we accept cash and bank transfers.
For commercial clients, 14-day payment terms are available.
How do I prepare my home or business for your service?
Please clear the area to be treated—this may include moving furniture for floor work or removing toiletries and items from showers. Any large or fixed furniture that can’t be moved should be covered to protect it from splashes. Our technician(s) will arrive within a 30-minute window to allow for traffic or unforeseen delays. We’ll also provide any specific instructions in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly.
How long does the treated area take to dry?
Please allow at least 24 hours drying time.
Avoid walking on treated floors or using treated showers during this period.
For splashbacks, keep the area dry and avoid splashes for the best results.
What is grout recolouring and when is it recommended?
Grout recolouring refreshes and restores grout to its original or a new colour, covering stains, wear, or discoloration. It’s a great alternative to regrouting.
Can I request a female technician(s)?
Yes! Our team is diverse, and we’re happy to accommodate requests for female technicians whenever possible.
We may send one or two technicians depending on the job size.

Why does your service cost more than basic cleaning?
Our services should not be confused with standard surface cleaning. We use advanced techniques, specialist products, and professional equipment to clean, restore and protect your stone, tile, and grout. The processes we follow are detailed, which is reflected in our pricing.
